You must be at least 21 years old to register and use tototogel. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds returned.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — including those created to claim multiple welcome bonuses — will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in each individual promotion. Read them before opting in.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Tototogel will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. KYC verification involves submitting a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Verification is a one-time process for most players.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and Tototogel (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and live casino services available at https://tototogel.cam.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, wagering, and responsible gambling obligations.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered under a spouse's, family member's, or associate's identity for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
Before we process any withdrawal request, your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process. Required documents typically include:
KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during standard business hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where required by our internal compliance procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Tototogel will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to our support team immediately.
Tototogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency assets (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and BNB).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are disclosed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed via an alternative verified method at our discretion.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional compliance checks are required.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
From time to time, tototogel offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be made available at the time the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This means the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered that number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
For example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in total eligible wagers before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period; uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity window.
Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Any winnings derived from expired Bonus Funds will also be forfeited. Players are responsible for tracking their bonus validity windows, which are displayed in the Account dashboard.
All wagers on the tototogel platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game type, or event. Detailed betting rules for each product category are published in the Platform's help section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Tototogel reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event that a wager is placed at an incorrect or erroneously published price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, tototogel reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the stake to the Player's Account balance. This applies regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed or the event has commenced.
Bets placed on events where the result was known at the time of placement (i.e., "past-posting") will be voided and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
In-play or live betting markets are offered at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, including during an event, without notice. Accepted in-play wagers remain valid once confirmed, except in circumstances described under Section 7.2 above.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including legitimate winnings:
Tototogel reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies.
All content on the tototogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, database compilations, and all other materials, is the property of Tototogel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tototogel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, we will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution within a reasonable period.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your Account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any remaining Balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
Upon Account closure (whether initiated by you or by tototogel), all outstanding Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
Tototogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform is operated.
In the event of a dispute between you and tototogel, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 5–10 business days of being raised.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels available in your jurisdiction. Tototogel cooperates fully with legitimate regulatory and legal processes.
